Due to a lack of automation and machine availability, many Block Pallets are built by “hand” for the US market. Not only is this dangerous and difficult work, but hand-building tends to lead to poor nail placement, misaligned decking, and a general lack of uniformity. We produce 100% of our Block Pallets by machine, which make for a better, longer-lasting pallet that will move through an automated palletizer without hang-ups.
